Do I have to come shampooed?
A thorough shampoo, blow dry and braid down is provided for every service.
What if I have alopecia or hair loss?

Is there a deposit?
Yes, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit, which goes towards the final price of your service. Deposits are also non-transferable.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, please reach out 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once.
What if I am late for my appointment?
You have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $20 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your card will be charged for half of the service you selected.
Do you have a service guarantee policy?
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon, and we will try our best to meet your expectations.
